Employee Of The Month ✨

Whether hard work or innate talent is responsible for an individual's success is a widely discussed topic.

Feigning ignorance to the diligence and effort one puts into their success is nothing but a form of denial; When one’s expectations falter, when one refuses the possibility of self-improvement, and when one rejects the failure of self. It is most prominent among the aforementioned scenarios and unfortunately, it is extremely common.

Fortunately, this article will not focus on the pessimistic alternatives life could offer. Instead, the primary topic of discussion will emphasise the beauty and benefits one could reap with hard work.

It is without a doubt difficult to muster the courage to put in effort. To put in your all, to pour your entire soul into your work as you grind fervently, desperately clinging onto the hope for your efforts to come into fruition. This is what some may consider to be a skill. Something only one born with it can achieve. However-

Drive. Motivation. Inspiration.

This is what ultimately pushes us forward in the end. The ones who strive for greatness, perfection, and success. When missing even a single component, the uphill battle against the temptation of procrastination and indolence will become exponentially harder. In our modern world oversaturated by glorified media, it has become increasingly difficult to combat such urges. As a result, whether an individual possesses talent or not should be the afterthought to the amount of willpower exerted for one to reach their level of standing. We should, as a society, applaud those who have worked hard to reach where they are now. No matter the varying degrees of success. Regardless of the age, race, or gender. Every single one of us deserves to be applauded.

Despite the praise being well deserved, it still stands true that not all men are born equal.

We, at RCHK LEEKS, believe that although every employee is essential to the corporate functioning of our company, some do work harder than others. Innate talent or not, we believe that it is crucial to congratulate and reward those who excel in performance, and reprimand underperforming individuals.

You’ve been fooled fellow employees and readers! Welcome to the call-out to our employees who have not been doing their best!

To bring home the toxic environment we aim to cultivate, below lies a letter sent out to all working members involved in the process of publication in RCHK LEEKS.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Employees,

We know who you are. You know who you are.

Please, work harder.

You are dispensable.

We hope those who received this letter feel embarrassed.

Again, work harder.

We know you can.

Best Regards,

Eugenius
